Photography Information & Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in capturing special memories at our beautiful wine estate. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, photographers, and guests, please take note of the following guidelines.
Availability & Bookings
- All photography sessions are by appointment only.
- Limited sessions are available per day; advance booking is essential.
- Availability depends on weddings, functions, accommodation bookings, and other estate activities.

Photography Options & Fees
Package 1: Estate Photography
R300 per 2 persons Additional guests: R100 per person (max. 5 persons). Photographers and videographers are exempt from entry fees.
Includes:
- Access to designated estate photography areas.
- Rights for personal use photography.
- Use of scenic outdoor locations such as:
- Vineyards
- Tree‑lined pathways
- Lawns and gardens
- Picnic lawn areas
- Green wall at the tasting room
- Mila Restaurant courtyard & water feature
Note: Doolhof Country House and AfriCamps are reserved for resident guests and not included in this package.

Package 2: Country House Photography Experience
R1 500 per couple Additional guests: R150 per person (max. 8 persons). Photographers and videographers are exempt from entry fees.
Includes:
- 1 hour access to designated Country House areas, plus unlimited estate grounds access.
- Rights for personal use photography.
- Scenic locations such as vineyards, pathways, lawns, gardens, and water features.
- A celebratory glass of sparkling wine (or non‑alcoholic alternative).
- Cheese & snack platter for 2.
Note: Restaurant and tasting room areas are excluded unless prior arrangements are made.

Conditions
- Furniture, décor, or structures may not be moved without permission.
- Confetti, smoke bombs, glitter, or any items causing litter/damage are prohibited.
- Photography is for personal use only; commercial, advertising, or promotional use requires prior written consent.
- Photographers are responsible for client conduct and equipment safety.
- Access to specific areas is subject to availability and guest privacy.
