Subtle, elegant citrus with fresh lemon and lime to the fore. Soft, crisp, lengthy finish with hints of oak.
Winemaker's Notes
The grapes for this wine was carefully selected from premium vinyeards aroound the Coastal region of South Africa. It was crushed, destemmed and the first juice was settled overnight and fermented in stainless steel tanks after which it was aged in a french oak foudre for 8 months where it also underwent malolactic fermentation.

White fish, shellfish and fresh garden salads.
